Cancellation Policies
ACHE 2024 Conference Cancellations
Refunds due to cancellation will be processed as follows:
- Cancellation requests received on or before September 20, 2024 will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued after September 20, 2024.
- Substitutions are allowed but should be communicated to admin@acheinc.org prior to September 20, 2024.
- In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by the organizers (ACHE Inc.), all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fees. ACHE will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation costs.
Please note: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to admin@acheinc.org.
ACHE 2024 South Conference Cancellations
Cancellations received by email to mread@deltastate.edu on or before February 1, 2024 will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after February 1, 2024. Substitutions are allowed.
ACHE 2024 Emerging Leaders Institute
Refunds due to cancellation will be processed as follows:
- Cancellation requests received on or before May 28, 2024 will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued after May 28, 2024.

ACHE Membership
Membership fees are non-refundable.
ACHE Business Partners and Sponsorship
Business partner and sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
