Cancellation Policies

ACHE 2025 Conference Cancellations

Refunds due to cancellation will be processed as follows:

  • Cancellation requests received on or before September 22, 2025 will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after September 22, 2025.
  • Substitutions are allowed but should be communicated to admin@acheinc.org prior to September 22, 2025.
  • In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by the organizers (ACHE Inc.), all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fees. ACHE will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation costs.

ACHE 2025 South Conference Cancellations

Cancellations received by email to admin@acheinc.org on or before February 17, 2025 will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after February 17, 2025. Substitutions are allowed.


ACHE 2024 Emerging Leaders Institute

Refunds due to cancellation will be processed as follows:

  • Cancellation requests received on or before May 28, 2024 will be refunded less a 30% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after May 28, 2024.

ACHE Membership

Membership fees are non-refundable.


ACHE Business Partners and Sponsorship

Business partner and sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
