L'Erin Carmode

L’Erin Carmode is a Project Manager, who helps improve both the student and faculty experience, at Western Governors University. Specifically, she supports key initiatives, strategies, and programmatic outcomes, such as student retention, engagement, and, ultimately, graduation. With over 10 years of higher education experience in a variety of settings, L’Erin finds ways to bring a unique perspective and uses her experiences to help “bridge the gap” between individuals and institutions. L’Erin holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Western New England College.
