Professional Bio
Doragnes is an experienced strategic business professional and servant-leader with over 20 years of organizational communication and leadership. She has a diverse background in the areas of business planning, corporate communications, integrated marketing, training and development, contact center operations, human resources, and project management. Doragnes spent most of her career working with motor clubs to provide operational support and consultative services in North America, Europe, and Australia. She shifted careers to higher education and has served as the associate director of marketing, communications, and operations, director of development for Institutional Advancement, director of operations, and now as assistant dean for the Hamilton Holt School of Graduate and Professional Studies.
Doragnes earned her Doctor of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College majoring in Communication Studies specializing in organizational leadership and communication. Doragnes holds an industry certification as a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Doragnes is an active board member as treasurer of the Women’s Executive Council of Orlando (WEC); chapter advisor for the Rollins College SHRM student chapter, co-chair of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Orlando Sponsorship committee, chair of the Senior Resource Alliance Advisory Council, and at-large member of UPCEA South Regional committee. Doragnes is also a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 99. She is passionate about the community, service, and lifelong learning.
Doragnes lives in Orlando with her husband and their two teenage boys. She enjoys traveling and running. Doragnes is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration.
