While the ACHE Membership Recruitment & Retention committee has a chair in most of the regions, we are looking for volunteers to also be on the committee to share ideas! The purpose of this committee is to build membership through effective recruitment activities and to retain members through effective services. We meet monthly at various times of the year with a majority of our contact from spring through early summer. Some of our action items are:

  • Identifying three institutions to join ACHE
  • Reaching out to lapsed members
  • Reviewing list of current members who haven't renewed and reach out
  • Sharing new ideas for membership, recruitment, and retention

Research Committee

The ACHE Research committee plays an important role in improving the quality of programming and services ACHE provides to its members. As a member of the research committee, you will help design and conduct surveys of the ACHE members. You’ll also be part of a team that analyzes survey results and presents these results to the ACHE Board of Directors for review and action. Further, committee members collect and review applications for the ACHE Research Grant. This year the committee will also work to develop a report regarding the value continuing education brings to institutions and organizations.
