Officers and Directors
The Association's elected officers are president, president-elect, vice president, and eight directors-at-large. The board of directors employs an executive vice president and an administrative assistant to maintain an association office and perform administrative functions such as communication with the membership, management of fiscal affairs and record-keeping. The elected officers plus the executive vice president and past president constitute the board of directors which meets twice per year to conduct association business.
